The Infinite Bad series, Illustration by Eric Chow.

Illustrator Eric Chow featured in Communication Arts Illustration Annual

April 26, 2018

A BIG congratulations to illustrator Eric Chow for being featured in Communication Arts Illustration Annual 2018! Eric’s work for The Infinite Bad, a role-playing horror comedy podcast created by Definitely Human Productions promotes the series online and through social media. After working on this series for four years he now gratefully has gained the recognition and appreciation of his peers.

Eric expertly draws from the language of the horror genre to create his striking illustrations, from the blood splattered lettering that appears painted on to the cracked and fragmented mirrors that reveal what lies just beneath the surface of the protagonists. Eric’s use of candles and lanterns as light sources completes the compelling look. The ‘flickering flame’ theme is further complemented in the striking gifs that accompany this series. I hope we will be fortunate enough to see four more years of this fantastic series!
