Layering paint directly on wood, Tim's use of blocks of bold colours mixed with fine detail creates the folk style that he is known and sought out for. Subtle changes to colour palette and perspective make Tim’s work so versatile, allowing him to masterfully create mystery book covers to children’s books to conceptual maps.
Tim’s unique style along with the reoccurring martini, party dress and of course tiny dog imagery links the two covers together. I sure hope there are more on the way... Nudge nudge, wink wink.
