Tim Zeltner has created this beautifully atmospheric illustration that transports one right into the scene in his trademark style. The characters are both primitively whimsical and yet the story is so real! This image always brings a smile to my face.

Katy Dockrill illustrated the Make a Wish and Queen for a Day bunting kits that are as sweet as the cake they're designed to adorn! Art director Timothy Siciliano of Party Partners fell in love with Katy's work when he discovered her surface design patterns and prints. The November issue of Parenting has a feature on tech toys (just in time for holiday shopping). Amanda Bardwell, the art director, asked Monika Melnychuk to illustrate the retro 'equivalents' of the toys, which were presented in contrast to the photos of the modern tech toys being recommended in the article. We think this is another great example of how illustration combined with photography makes a very compelling layout.
