Always a fun choice, illustrator Monika Melnychuk brought her humor and lightheartedness to the recent Hamptons Cottages and Gardens double page spread 'Extra! Extra!'. Working with design director Jennifer Cole Monika created 11 images to highlight what people are looking for in the perfect property and a few illustrations of what they are NOT looking for. Hot tubs are out and dog washing stations are in, btw. Who knew?

Pools and spiral staircases are not her usual people subject matter, however Monika can't help but work in her usual quirky personality to each piece with her use use of loose lines and punchy colors.
