During her short time working in Canada, Daria’s stunning work has gained international recognition from World Illustration Awards, American Illustration, Applied Arts, Hiii Illustration Awards, and more. Incredibly conceptual and stunningly executed Daria has the ability to communicate ideas quickly and beautifully.
Starting out traditionally, Daria explored a variety of mediums, before eventually transitioning to digital methods. With a background in fine arts and a solid understanding of design principles, Daria implements a variety of techniques to achieve her impactful surrealist style. Her unique perspective consistently results in work that is deeply thought out, providing a layered visual approach and constantly offering new ways of bringing concepts to life.
Always exceeding expectations Daria thoroughly enjoys the creative process, immersing herself in researching themes, crafting sketches and exceptional communication to spark new ideas. This groundwork sets the tone for her thoughtful compositions and whimsical style. Drawing inspiration from nature, patterns, vintage aesthetics, travel, and social themes Daria prides herself on producing illustrations that evoke emotion and share a deeper meaning.
Driven by storytelling, Daria uses vivid metaphors and subtle details as an essential part of developing striking visuals. Combining painterly textures, vibrant colour palettes and hand-drawn elements, she brings depth to each of her illustrations.
